Come join us and experience the benefits for yourself! 💪 TRAINER TIP: 💪 STEP-UPS FOR STRENGTH & LONGEVITY Step-ups are one of the best functional exercises you can do at any age because they mimic everyday movements like climbing stairs, getting up from the floor, and improving overall balance and stability. For seniors, step-ups help build leg strength, improve balance, increase confidence with movement, and help reduce the risk of falls. Start with a lower step and focus on controlled movement and posture. For younger adults, step-ups are excellent for building lower body strength, improving athletic performance, boosting endurance, and strengthening the glutes and core. Increase the challenge by adding dumbbells or using a higher step. No matter your age, step-ups are a simple but powerful exercise that supports strength, mobility, and healthy aging! MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN POWER BOWL This Mediterranean-inspired bowl is packed with lean protein, healthy fats, fiber, and fresh ingredients that support energy, heart health, and muscle recovery.
