Here’s something you should focus on this week: DO: ✔ Take 5–10 minutes to warm up—this sets the tone for your entire workout ✔ Slow down and focus on your form before thinking about increasing weight ✔ Show up consistently, even if it’s not your best day—consistency beats perfection ✔ Pay attention to how your body feels and adjust when needed DON’T: ✘ Don’t skip rest days—your body needs that time to recover and get stronger ✘ Don’t rush through your reps—control is where the results come from ✘ Don’t compare yourself to others—stay focused on your own progress ✘ Don’t push through pain—there’s a difference between challenge and injury This week, pick one “do” to improve and one “don’t” to eliminate. Small changes like this are what lead to real, lasting results. 💪 Protein-Packed Egg Muffins Need something quick, grab-and-go, and high in protein? These egg muffins are perfect for busy mornings or a post-workout snack—and you can make them ahead for the whole week.
