On the morning of Friday, April 10th, our domain host unexpectedly suspended our domain after seven months of service. This action came shortly after we were notified that our website had exceeded its cloud storage limits and required an upgrade. We promptly invested in additional cloud services to resolve the issue—only to have our domain suspended approximately 12 hours later, with no prior warning and no option for a refund.


At no point were we given clear notice that suspension was even remotely a possibility. We have always operated in good faith, and this situation appears to stem solely from operating as a peptide company within this space.


In addition to suspending and locking our domain, our provider also disabled our domain-associated email (info@peptidesupplyco.org). If you attempted to contact us during this time and did not receive a response, this is why.


Our web development team and I worked around the clock for four consecutive days to restore operations. Fortunately, we had a backup of our website from April 8th. However, restoring this backup proved challenging due to limitations imposed by our previous hosting provider, particularly since the backup was stored into their platform.


We’re pleased to share that we are now fully operational under a new domain. We’ve taken the necessary steps to ensure greater stability and long-term reliability moving forward. Additionally, a full website overhaul is already in progress and will be launched within the next month, to ensure even more long term stability. We will be including several new features we’re excited to introduce, so stay tuned for updates.
