Pre-appointment checklist:
We’ll need at least five feet of space on all sides of your vehicle.
If your vehicle is parked in a covered location, the ceiling height must be at least seven feet.
Please be prepared to provide coverage for your technician in case of rain.
If there is snow or ice on or around your glass, please remove it prior to your appointment.
Your tech will need to drive your vehicle to ensure the safety systems work properly.
Remove heavy items from your trunk, and make sure you have proper tire pressure.
Ensure a charge of at least 60% on your vehicle.
Remember to bring your key or key fob to the appointment, or our tech will need to use your phone to start your vehicle.
Ensure your gas tank is at least 75% full.
